Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are the copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a copyright complaint by email.

To help us review your request without unnecessary delays, please include:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • The name or description of the copyrighted work.
  • The exact URL(s) on APKDone where the material appears.
  • A brief explanation of why you believe the content infringes your rights.
  • A statement confirming that you believe, in good faith, that the use of the material has not been authorized by the copyright owner, its representative, or applicable law.
  • A statement confirming that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Providing complete information allows us to process your request more efficiently.

Please send all copyright-related inquiries to:

If additional documentation supports your claim, you may include it with your email.

How APKDone Handle Copyright Requests?

Once your request is received, our team will review the information provided and determine whether further action is necessary.

Depending on the nature of the request, we may:

  • Request additional information to verify the claim.
  • Temporarily restrict access to the reported content while it is being reviewed.
  • Remove content that is found to infringe copyright.
  • Contact the relevant party if clarification is required.

We aim to handle every request fairly and without unnecessary delay.

Counter Notification

If content associated with you has been removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter notification.

Your counter notice should include:

  • Your contact information.
  • Identification of the material that was removed.
  • The location where the content previously appeared.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, explaining why you believe the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, where required by applicable law.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter notification is received, we may restore the material in accordance with applicable legal procedures unless we are informed that legal action has been initiated.

For App Developers

If you are the official developer or publisher of an application featured on APKDone, we’d appreciate the opportunity to work directly with you.

Not every concern requires the removal of content. If your request relates to outdated information, incorrect screenshots, branding, ownership, or application updates, please contact us first. In many cases, we can resolve these issues by updating the relevant page rather than removing it entirely.

Our goal is to present accurate information while respecting the rights of developers and publishers.

Misuse of the DMCA Process

The DMCA  exists to protect legitimate intellectual property rights.

Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent copyright claims may have legal consequences. We ask that all notices be submitted only by copyright owners or individuals authorized to represent them.

Policy Updates

As copyright laws and online publishing practices continue to evolve, this policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page, and the latest version will always reflect our current procedures.
