* Many changes to MIDI remote setup: added Latched/unlatched and MIDI channel columns to support a wider variety of MIDI controllers with different button behaviors.
* Added an option 'Input velocity' to the MIDI input dialog which opens a dialog where you can set the input velocity curve. This can be stored either per MIDI device or per track. The 'Output velocity range' option has been removed and if it was set, it is now mapped to the input velocity curve.
